FOR OKLAHOMA & TEXAS HOME-SERVICE CONTRACTORS

Stop losing jobs you already earned.

Two simple systems: one catches the leads you miss, the other turns finished jobs into Google reviews. Set up by a veteran-owned Oklahoma business serving Oklahoma and Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin).

Pre-built for home-service contractors and tuned to your business, so setup is faster and more affordable than a fully custom build.

THE GAPS BETWEEN JOBS

Good work deserves
good follow-through.

For roofers, HVAC teams, insulation crews,
and other home-service businesses.

AFTER HOURS

The form you haven’t seen.

A homeowner asks for a quote while you’re away from the desk. The inquiry waits while they keep looking.

ON THE JOB

The call you couldn’t take.

Your phone rings while you’re on a roof or under a house. They don’t leave a voicemail. They call the next company.

AFTER THE JOB

The request you forgot.

The job is finished, but asking the customer to share their experience is still another task on your list.

Simple demo flow: form or missed call, check and save the lead, a fixed acknowledgment approved during setup, then an AI reply draft for owner review. AI drafts do not auto-send.
Simple demo flow with sample data. AI drafts wait for your review.

Bring form submissions and missed-call events into one place, with a clear next step for the owner.

  • Check for contact details and duplicate leads.
  • Save incomplete inquiries and flag what’s missing.
  • Prepare an AI summary and reply draft for owner review.
  • Use a fixed acknowledgment approved during setup.

AI reply drafts do not auto-send. A fixed acknowledgment can send automatically after you approve its wording during setup.

Shown as a demo. Live intake, sending, and error handling are tested with your tools before launch.

Texting is set up only after we confirm customer consent, your sending number, and opt-out handling.

02 / REVIEW REQUESTS

Finish the job.
The review ask handles itself.

A consistent message.
No AI needed.

Illustrated review-request flow: job complete, contact and prior-request checks, a delay, and a fixed message marked ready to send.

Simple demo flow: completed job, contact and prior-request checks, an agreed delay and fixed neutral request, then log as ready to send. The demo stops before delivery.
Simple demo flow with sample data. The demo stops at ready to send.

Every finished job gets asked. Every time. When a job is marked complete, check the details, wait, and prepare a polite request.

  • Check contact details and whether a request is already recorded.
  • Use a delay agreed during setup; the proposed live delay is two hours.
  • Prepare the same neutral, approved message for eligible jobs.
  • Log requests as ready to send, already recorded, or skipped.

The current demo prepares and logs the request as ready to send. Live delivery and opt-out handling are part of the setup and launch checks.

Texting is set up only after we confirm customer consent, your sending number, and opt-out handling.

No filtering by customer sentiment. Review requests ask customers to share their experience.

THE CTS APPROACH

See it work.
Then decide.

A clear scope.
A setup you understand.

  1. A free 20-minute call.

We look at how leads arrive, how jobs close out, and where follow-up gets stuck.

  2. A setup around your work.

We confirm compatible tools, written scope, costs, and who approves each customer-facing message.

  3. You review before launch.

See sample cases and the exceptions. You approve the setup after the agreed checks are complete.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few useful answers.

Does AI talk to my customers?

Missed Lead Recovery uses AI to prepare a summary and reply draft for your review. You decide what to send. A fixed acknowledgment approved during setup can send automatically. Review Requests uses a fixed message and no AI.

Are these already running for customers?

These are demo workflows with sample data. We’ll test your connections, delivery, and exception handling before an approved live launch.

Do I need to replace my software?

We start with what you use today and confirm compatible connections on the call. Any new account or change to your team’s routine is explained and agreed before setup.

What about texting customers?

Texting is set up only after we confirm customer consent, your sending number, and opt-out handling. The Review Requests demo currently stops at ready to send.

Can I ask only happy customers for reviews?

The workflow uses the same neutral request for eligible jobs. It does not filter by customer sentiment. Eligibility and opt-out handling are agreed during setup.

Who owns the accounts and pays for the tools?

Everything runs in accounts in your business’s name: the automation platform, your texting number, and your Google profile. You pay those providers directly, usually a modest monthly cost we’ll estimate on the call. CTS sets it up and maintains it under a monthly care plan. If you ever part ways with CTS, you keep all of it.

LET’S FIGURE OUT THE NEXT STEP

Where does follow-up
get stuck for you?

Tell us how inquiries arrive and how your team marks a job done. We’ll talk through which workflow fits and what a setup would involve.

Your work.
Your customers.
Your next step.
