- One 30-minute scoping session to agree the task, sample inputs, expected output, and pass/fail criteria.
- One workflow with one trigger and one output, using up to two tools with existing connectors in a test environment.
- Up to 10 agreed, non-sensitive sample cases, including an error case and a check that customer-facing actions wait for human approval.
- One revision within the agreed task, followed by a repeat of the affected tests.
- A 30-minute walkthrough, the prototype configuration or export where supported, and a written test report with limitations, estimated running costs, and a go/no-go recommendation.
