CTS Core Tech Solutions gold and red technology artwork

CTS Core Tech Solutions is led by Dylan Hall, a U.S. Air Force Security Forces veteran with additional background in tactical communications and logistics, now helping small businesses put practical technology and AI to work.

We believe good support starts with listening. Whether you’re automating a business workflow or tightening up your IT, you deserve clear explanations and a say in what happens next.

Our approach brings accountability to the details: respect your information, explain the tradeoffs, and recommend work that fits your needs, including telling you when a simpler tool is the better answer.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few useful answers.

Can you help remotely or come onsite?

We work with businesses across Oklahoma and Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin). Most AI and IT work can be done remotely, and onsite visits are available by arrangement. Include your city when you reach out, and we’ll confirm options and any travel costs before you book.

How much will my project cost?

Each service page lists starting prices or fixed fees. We discuss the work, fee, and any equipment, software, or AI usage costs before you commit, and confirm final terms before booking.

Is AI actually useful for a small business?

Often, for the right task: answering repeat questions, drafting routine replies, or moving information between systems. Sometimes a simple automation tool is the better fit, and we’ll tell you when it is.

What should I send in my first message?

Tell us what you need help with, your city, and what you’d like to achieve. For a website review, include your website address. Please leave passwords, verification codes, and private customer records out of your inquiry.
